These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the p998 platform and all associated services. By creating a p998 account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Important Notice: Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the p998 platform. Your registration, continued use, or access to any p998 service constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the p998 platform.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 The p998 platform is intended solely for use by individuals who are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.

🔞 Age Restriction: p998 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful. We use automated and manual controls to detect underage access. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
3.1 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the p998 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
3.2 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. p998 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Player.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. p998 will never contact you via SMS, email, or any messaging platform requesting your password or OTP. Any such request is a phishing attempt and should be reported immediately.
3.4 Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any balance therein to any third party.
4.1 All transactions on the p998 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). p998 does not currently accept foreign currency deposits.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
4.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. p998 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours.
4.4 p998 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds declarations, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.
4.5 Deposits that are unused for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, applied after prior written notice to the registered mobile number.
5.1 p998 may offer bonus credits, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of offer.
5.2 Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation, after which unused bonus funds will be forfeited.
5.3 p998 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or violation of these Terms.
5.4 Players may not combine multiple welcome bonuses. Each Player is entitled to one welcome bonus offer per lifetime account registration at p998.
6.1 All games available on the p998 platform use certified random number generation or live dealer operations overseen by licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by provably fair mechanisms and are not influenced by p998 operators.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnections, game crashes, or display errors — p998 will make every reasonable effort to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet. Winnings arising from a technical error may be voided.
6.3 The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any p998 game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable.
8.1 p998 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion tools accessible through your Account settings.
8.2 Players who wish to self-exclude may request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting p998 support. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, p998 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Player from accessing the platform.

9.1 All content on the p998 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the proprietary property of p998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the p998 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other licence is granted.
10.1 The p998 platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. p998 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, p998's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 p998 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.
11.1 p998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, any remaining Wallet balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, verified funds will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within 10 business days.
11.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting p998 support. Any remaining balance will be settled within 5 business days, subject to completion of identity verification.
12.1 p998 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via their registered mobile number with at least 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the p998 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (RA 8792), the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to p998 customer support for informal resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila.
